How to eliminate blackheads? Try out my five reliable methods

beauty.jpg

Hello!

Are you constantly struggling with black dots on the nose, chin and forehead? No worries, you can beat them! Apply one of the five tested and proven methods, and enjoy a clean and radiant complexion.

What are blackheads?

Blackheads are small, ugly dots that most often appear on the nose, chin and forehead. They can also be on the cheeks, your back or chest. How do they arise? The reason for that is that various impurities accumulate in the skin pores: sebum, makeup residues, sweat and dust. In contact with air, they oxidize, taking on a black colour. They do not look very aesthetically pleasing. What’s more, they can cause serious skin diseases, especially when left on an improperly prepared face. How to defeat them?

More Water!

Blackheads are the problem of people with oily and combination skin. When we try to get rid of excess sebum, we use alcohol-based cosmetics. Unfortunately, this component makes the skin dry and leads to increased work of sebaceous glands, which results in the formation of more blackheads. To deal with them, you must hydrate the skin from both the outside and the inside. By consuming the right amount of water and using moisturizing cosmetics, we will be able to remove toxins and improve the cleansing of skin pores and regeneration of the epidermis.

Vitamin C

For skin care purposes, vitamin C is recommended in any form. In combating blackheads and other imperfections, citrus juice, capsules, drops, creams and other preparations with its content will help you. Vitamin C is one of the antioxidants that ensure the young and healthy appearance of the skin.

Homemade exfoliating scrub

Mechanical skin exfoliation and pore cleansing are one of the best methods of skin care. You can use ready-made, drugstores peels that are aimed to remove impurities or you can do one yourself with the ingredients you always have in the kitchen. For instance, you can use oats, sugar or orange peel and liquid ingredients (honey, yogurt, lemon juice). Thanks to the homemade scrub, your face skin will be clean, fresh and smooth.

How about you? How do you combat blackheads? Do you know any reliable methods for cleansing the skin?
