Hey, ladies!
Today’s post is for all those bothered by hair problems. I had been struggling with thinning for months. My hair was everywhere – in the shower, in the brush, on my shoulders. I would run my fingers through my hair to see strands falling down… I know the reasons very well – stress, weak hair bulbs due to the blistering sun (summer has good and bad sides), long-term antibiotic treatment.
I was crushed and started looking for thinning hair remedies online. How to inhibit hair loss and additionally boost volume? Mind that I couldn’t even look at ‘magical hair repair pills’ after taking antibiotics. I avoided supplements because I don’t believe they work.
I focused on two treatments (series of treatments). They are both highly popular – hair oil treatment and carboxytherapy. The first one – oiling – can be done at home. The other one – carboxytherapy – must be carried out by a qualified beautician who uses professional devices.
Carboxytherapy involves using carbon dioxide. It is injected under your skin which leads to widening of blood vessels, an increased blood flow and delivery of oxygen and other nutrients. Carboxytherapy ensures cellular renewal and boosts production of collagen. Stimulating the skin allows stopping hair loss. Moreover, hair grows more quickly thanks to nourishing tissues and bulbs. Minimum 10 treatments are necessary to activate hair follicles and make hair grow. Let’s be honest, the treatments are very pricey.
Hair oiling is offered by many hair and beauty salons but you can do it at home. Hair oil treatment is noninvasive and involves applying a natural oil or mixture of natural oils to hair and (most of all!) scalp. Massaging the scalp improves blood circulation; natural oils’ nutrients easily penetrate hair bulbs and stem. They repair and nourish hair throughout its length and activate the work of follicles. As a result, hair grows healthier and stronger, stops falling out whereas micro-damages inside hair and on its surface are fixed.
I’m curious which treatment you would choose to regenerate and thicken your hairdos. For me, it was obvious. The moment I read ‘injection’, I knew carboxytherapy wasn’t my cup of tea. Besides, it’s shockingly expensive. I preferred to invest in a high-quality hair oil like Nanoil which – apart from oils – contains hair growth and anti-hair loss substances. If you’re in a similar situation and seriously think about carboxytherapy – why don’t you test hair oiling first? After one or two months, you will see a make-over in your hair condition and appearance.
